Are you forgetting to take action?
08.17.08
Sunday night and I just finished playing 4-Square with my husband and two kids. It was so very muggy outside in our North Carolina air, but it was a BLAST! My family is supremely important to me and 4-Square is just a part of how my husband and I help our kids to feel special.
It brings up an important point that we tend to forget sometimes. No matter who is in our lives, we have to do things with them in order to help them to feel special. I could tell my family all day long that they’re special to me and that I love them, but unless I act on it, the statements can become words without meaning.
What are your customers hearing from you? What do your prospects think of you? Do you say things that you don’t back up with action?
Take another look at what you’re saying in business and be sure that you back every word up with appropriate action. If not, your presence and your words become less important. If your words become insignificant, you could become a pest…and noone wants a pest to come around!
